MESSAGING SYSTEM
The Messaging System is a communication system within Classroll.com providing administrators, teachers, students, and
parents with alerts and two-way discussions, as will as options for threaded discussion for group meetings without the use
of email. All correspondence relating to a student is automatically filed with that student's record.
Threaded Message or Open Forum: Post a message to 20 users and allow each one to respond individually
or allow all 20 to respond in a threaded, forum-based conversation. Class or school discussions? No problem.
Alerts and Announcements: Send a one-way message to any group of users and then track who has and has
not read it. You choose how they respond or whether they respond at all!
Automatic Conversation History: Reference past communication easily. Without sorting through email,
recall exact text of all interactions about a student or class.
No External Email Needed: Do you know the email of every employee, parent, or student that you need
to communicate with? Not a problem as each message and correspondence occurs through an alert system written into the program.
